100 days of love (13 Volume) ***1/2

It's been a one whole year since Lia died and went to heaven, and the archangels are concerned about their new angel-in-training. Unlike everyone else in the afterlife, Lia can't forget her life back on Earth, especially her boyfriend Ji-Hwan. Archangel Gabriel is especially distressed, as he sees so much potential in the pure yet strong Lia. Continually failing the angel qualification tests, Lia leads an unusually unhappy afterlife in heaven. That is, until Lia finds out that Ji-Hwan's life will end within 100 days! While she desperately wants to talk to Ji-Hwan again, she definitely does not want him to have such a short life on Earth like she had. Mia doesn't want anything to do with her mother, who she holds responsible for her nightmarish past, but agrees to spend time with Kang for the lucrative contract. What will Mia do, then, when her past finally catches up with her? The nightmare... and the guilt.

The Invincible Girl From Yanbian (12 Volumes) *****

After losing her entire family to a mysterious fire, Soon-Doong refuses to wallow in sadness and decides to move to South Korea from her native Yanbian to find herself a new and better life. Holding nothing but a plane ticket to Korea, a small package of clothes, and a half-burnt letter between her grandfather and a "textile factory owner" in Seoul (who were good friends), she resolves to find a job at the factory and make a decent, honest living. Only, the "textile factory owner" just happens to be the CEO of the biggest clothing brand in the country, and her grandfather wasn't just a good friend with the "textile factory owner" - he had saved the CEO's life and lent him the money to start the business that he has today! And so begins Soon-Doong's life in Korea, as she shatters everyone's bigoted prejudice against ethnic Koreans who came from Yanbian and makes everyone rethink about their own values and lifestyles.

Wait, Wolf! (18 Volumes) ***1/2

Hwe-Kyung, a textbook definition of a tomboy, had three great friends since her childhood: Hwan-Sung, who is always gentle and caring; Terry, a womanizer who nevertheless never fails to make her laugh; and Sul, who would be her best friend if he quit getting drunk and passing out in front of her house every single night. With her cool and laid back stepbrother Young-Min in the mix, the five best friends can't live without each other, thick as thieves. That is, until Hwe-Kyung starts to want more than just good friends in her life and starts to look for a boyfriend. Unfortunately, the only guy around her is the arrogant and rich Suh-Rin , and Hwe-Kyung manages to owe him $7000 after a series of unfortunate events. What will happen to Hwe-Kyung, her best friends, and Suh-Rin as they try to sort out all the mess around them?


World, Bring It On! (16 Volumes) ***1/2

Hyo-Yi is leading an incredibly difficult life - her mother abandoned her and her little brother Hyo-Je after their father's death, and she has been working tirelessly to make a living any way she can while keeping her grades up so that she won't lose her scholarship. Her life is filled with cruel ridiculing eyes, struggling against poverty, and expending what little energy she has left on taking care of her mentally challenged brother. Luckily for her, Hyo-Yi is the type to never give up and not take any crap from anyone. Her high school life, however, becomes a mess when she mistakenly punches Min-ha, the school jjang, for making her best (and only) friend cry.

Hi,

Well while the poll was going on we got some news, which might be a bit unfortunate for some of you. We won't be working on Honggane or Love SOS *~* I know some of you might be a bit disappointed, but we are hoping to make it up to you guys by giving you some summaries other manhaw by Hwang Mi Ri. BHOH Update #1

It's overwhelming! According to the current votes from HMR fans, I am continuing my translation and my updates for you all. ^_^ THANK YOU for all your support. Seeing there are so many fans of the author out there, it is an incentive for me to keep going.

Unless there is a change in votes in the next few days, the next BHOH chapter will be released next week. While I'm waiting for the poll to close, I'm going to have a little break to do some christmas shopping!

Crazy Girl Shin Bia chapter 5!

Hi,

Okay so some of you might be wondering why Crazy Girl Shin Bia hasn't been updated.  I am very sorry, but I was hoping to get chapter 5 uploaded by Friday, but the person I was putting my hopes on didn't come through :( So I have been rushing and trying to get the next few chapters done and trying to make them a little bit more HQ, but now I am facing tech problems. :( I wasn't counting on that either, so for everybody out there don't worry I'll try to fix it and have them done at the latest by Wednesday. If I can get it done earlier that's great, if not don't worry I'll get it done okay.

I WAS WRONG!

WOW! I only just got home from my summer job and imagine my surprise when I saw all the anonymous comments! First of all, I just want to thank everyone for visiting our website and also for voting for our next project. :)

Now, down to the serious business of addressing the mangahut issue. It was them that posted my scans and they assumed that Esthetique was behind it, even though, it clearly stated on mangafox that it's not. Before you go attacking me, I only contacted manghut late last night and bear in mind that I have work this morning. I didn't have time to sit there and wait all night for them to fix the issue or reply to me. Like I said, I only just got home. I would have apologized earlier if I didn't have to go to work.

So, I sincerely apologize for my assumption and for defaming Esthetique. Remember, we didn't have a great start to begin with. I am new to this whole business of scanlating. I only started doing this because I know how frustrating it is to wait for updates.

My boyfriend pointed something out to me. He said, since Esthetique has been around longer than we have. Surely, they would have known about Mangahut and contacted them way before I even found out. They should have contacted Mangahut and told them that the scans are not their work. Anyway, I'm not going to open that can of worms so don't go abusing me because I mentioned it.

I never even want to compete with Esthetique on the quality of my scans. I know my scans are not HQ and I never claimed them to be. I translated and uploaded purely for HMR fans. Just as long as they are satisfied with my scans, then that's enough for me. I'm giving up a tremendous amount of my free time so that the fans can enjoy HMR's work. If they so desired HQ pictures, then they should support HMR and buy her manhwas when they become available in their country.

Will I continue with my updates? That's up to HMR fans. I'm going to ask Kira to set up another poll and all you have to do is click "yes" or "no". After all, I'm not going to lose anything if I stop translating. I will gain a lot of my free time back.

Again, I SINCERELY apologize for my public outburst. It should have remained a private affair between all involved.

I'm going to take my sorry ass to shower, have dinner and relax over a romantic movie. After such an eventful night of my own making and eventful day at work, this will be all I'm doing tonight. Hopefully, I won't get abused too much for apologizing this late.

Esthetique

So I recently found out that Esthetique has been uploading my BHOH scans on mangahut and took the credit page out and used it as their own piece of work. I wasn't going to reveal what they wrote to me when I first continue to upload BHOH but since they stooped so low and used my scans without even asking me, I will reveal to everyone. They asked me to stop translating BHOH from Volume 4 because it was their so called "project" but I ignored them and continued on for the fans.

Why are they stooping so low? I really don't understand it but you know what? I don't care now, just as long as there are more fans out there reading HMR's work. I just want everyone to know that Esthetique is doing this.

Crazy Girl Shin Bia - Chapter 4

After chopping and changing the files, I've re-uploaded for Kira and it works! Chapter 4 is now on mangafox for those that want to read online. ^_^

Though I don't know if the other group will like us doing that. They look like they are going to continue to upload Crazy Girl Shin Bia. Maybe I'll get an email from them later. *_*
