To all the scanlators that are scanlating Hwang Mi Ri series. Please note, this is a notice of intention to continue all HMR titles that have been uploaded on mangafox but not yet completed.
For all the series that are on mangafox for more than a year (from the date that the first chapter was uploaded) and is not completed, we will take it upon ourselves to finish/continue the series on behalf of HMR fans.
As there are more scanlators uploading new HMR series, we are ensuring that the scanlators are finishing what they have started within a fair and reasonable timeframe.
Before I get inundated with protests from scanlators, please let me remind you that a series does not belong to a particular group or person. Anyone can scanlate or upload the chapters no matter who first uploaded the series.
This notice goes to everyone, including ourselves. Should we not complete the series we're working on within a year, you are all welcome to update the series.
Should you disagree with this timeframe of one year, please forward your email to hmrpalace@live.com . Please state the series you're working on and the time you expect to finish the series. Should you not meet the deadline you give me, it is free for all.

HEY THAT'S COOL!!! thank you so much for you dedication! You see I'm helpless coz i don't know how to translate, edit and these series(books) doesn't even reach me (here in the Philippines). If everyone cooperates with you great idea, i'll be really glad(not only me but a lot of us) because i don't have to wait for years to finish my favorite (Hwang Mi Ri's manhwa) series. thanks you so much!!!
p.s. what does "cleaned" mean? i noticed it in volumes 4-6 of New Sexy Simpleton...More Power!!!
